At Peppermayo, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Credit or Refund
Select whether you would prefer a store credit to shop for something new immediately or a refund back to your original payment method.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any authorized post office or collection point.
Processing and Confirmation
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your request within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
